YAGA

Identity design for YAGA, an independent music festival celebrating queer and trans identity in São Paulo with shows by Arca, Linn da Quebrada and Sophie amongst others. The festival brought international and Brazilian radical subcultures together, creating a unique cultural exchange. It was featured in important media platforms such as Art Forum, Billboard and Pitchfork. YAGA took place just days after recent elections that saw Jair Bolsonaro voted president and became an important act of resistance against the self-declared homophobic politician.
